1. Introduction

Welcome to InStuddy. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform, including our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using InStuddy, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain and update your account information
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account with others

3. Subscription & Payment

InStuddy offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are processed through Paystack and subject to the following terms:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial months or unused portions of your subscription
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for payment failures

4. Content & Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content - You retain ownership of content you upload to InStuddy, including notes, documents, and other materials. You grant us a license to use, process, and store your content solely to provide the Service.

4.2 Our Content - InStuddy's software, designs, and generated content (quizzes, flashcards, summaries) are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute this content without permission.

4.3 User-Generated Content - Custom formulas and study materials you create remain yours. We do not claim ownership of your creations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use InStuddy to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

6. Limitation of Liability

InStuddy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Service interruptions or errors
• User-generated content or third-party actions

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be immediately revoked
• You may lose access to your data and content
• No refund will be provided for unused subscription time

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
